Classes
Want to get together regularly? I’m in!
Here are a few examples of the classes I like to teach: somatic release and expressive movement, body-mind connection, mindful meditation, stress relief and dance. No experience is required. We can modify the movements to your comfort level. All you need is comfortable clothes and a playful spirit.
You’ll feel refreshed, revitalized, renewed!

Here are four things you can do to prep for the next class:
Does your body say “Yes, I’d like to try that”?
Register for the class you’re drawn to. Don’t question that feeling. If you feel it’s right for you, it’s probably right for you!

What’s your goal?
Learn something new? Meet like minded people? Have fun? We know for certain you’ll take home some tips and techniques that will help you feel better than ever.
You gotta be comfortable.
Wear clothes you can move around in and create a safe space for yourself. Let me know if you need anything, including if you have any limitations and may need modifications for movements during class. I’m happy to do it!

Hydrate and give yourself
a big hug.
Self care before, during, and after. Do you need a pillow, blanket, a towel to accompany you? Bring it!

What a ray of sunshine Ami Isett is as a person which comes through during her Calming Connections Class. My wife, two boys (10, 7), and self took her class via Zoom outside in our backyard. During this time of being at home it can be difficult. Her class came at a perfect time as we had so much fun as a family with more fun movements and laughing than we’ve had in a long time.
